After 2.5 years of dedicated service, Luiz Garcia is officially closing a meaningful chapter at Island Windows and Doors 🌴

As Assistant Manager of Operations, Luiz Garcia played a key role in marketing, contractor programs, administrative support, and overall operations — contributing across departments with consistency and heart.

Now, he’s following his passion and pursuing a lifelong dream: building a career in ⚽️ soccer, with plans to grow in both the mainland U.S. and Europe 🇺🇸🌍

He extends his deepest thanks to Mana and Paul for their trust, support, and for truly making his life better — just as the company’s mission promises.

Luiz Garcia leaves with nothing but respect, gratitude, and excitement for the journey ahead.

This week, Island Windows & Doors is shining the spotlight on Aloha Towers—an exciting ongoing project in collaboration with the renovation firm Elements Hospitality.

Since August 2024, we’ve been proud to be part of this transformation, providing top-quality materials for this renovation. To date, we’ve provided 110 interior wooden doors, adding warmth, style, and functionality to this residencies. With its timeless design and quality finishes, Aloha Towers is truly being transformed.🌴✨

We’re excited to keep working on this beautiful project and can’t wait to show you more in the future!
