This sunroom had everything going for it — beautiful windows, great ceiling, stunning light. The problem was that by midday, the light had taken over the room entirely. Harsh shadows across the floor, heat building up, and nowhere comfortable to actually sit. Plus the plants had no change in the heat of the sun!
We installed solar shades that filter the sun without closing off the view. The room didn’t change — it just finally became usable.

That’s what the right window treatment does. It doesn’t fight the room. It finishes it.
