💚 Yoga Room WCH — So Much More Than Yoga! 💚

My heart is so full after another wonderful morning of yoga with some truly fabulous people! 🧘‍♀️✨

When I first decided to open Yoga Room, I never could have imagined one of the greatest blessings would be the friendships, connections, and beautiful community that would grow within these walls.

I am continually humbled when I look around the room and see all of your faces. You show up not only for yourselves, but for one another. And goodness knows, lately you’ve been holding space for me, too! LOL! 💚

Some of the most meaningful moments at Yoga Room don’t happen during a pose or a stretch. They happen in the conversations before and after class, the laughter we share, the encouragement we offer, and the simple comfort of knowing we belong.

Yoga means UNION.

And to me, that union goes far beyond connecting our bodies, minds, and souls. It’s also about the connections we make with the people beside us. The friendships that blossom. The kindness we exchange. The beautiful reminder that none of us has to walk through life alone.

I am so very proud of what Yoga Room has become, but even more grateful for the people who have made it what it is. You are the heart of this space. 💚

And if you’ve been thinking about trying yoga but feel a little nervous, please know this:

🌙✨ A Little Funky, A Little Cozy, and 100% ME! ✨🌙

Who says fashion has to follow rules? Certainly not me! 😉💕

Today I’m having a little fun playing dress-up at La Lune Collective!

I’m loving these fabulous patchwork pants paired with this adorable black-and-cream top! And when the autumn chill arrives? Just throw on this cozy, snuggly vest and you’re ready to go! 🍂

Here’s something I’ve learned along the way…

Style isn’t about your age. It’s about your attitude!

Wear what makes you smile. Mix your patterns. Play with textures. Be a little funky, a little different, and most importantly, BE YOU!

At La Lune, Jess and I love finding pieces that are comfortable, unique, and full of personality. Some are boho, some are classic, some are trendy, and some are just plain FUN!

❤️A little note from Bea’s heart… 🌙

Today, I had someone tell me they wouldn’t shop at La Lune because they thought we carried only boho clothing. My heart sank a little, because Jess and I have put so much love into creating a shop with so much more to offer.

Yes, we love a little boho! But we also love comfy, cozy, everyday clothing, current styles, and pieces for different ages, sizes, and tastes. Our personal style is only one small part of what you’ll find here. We want you to find something that feels like you.

And beyond the clothing racks, there is so much to discover: beautiful home décor, wellness items, local honey and teas, local body care, lovely scents to make your home inviting, interesting books, and blankets so soft you’ll want to wrap yourself right up. Gifts for someone you love—or a little something for yourself. 🤍

We choose these things thoughtfully, hoping they’ll bring comfort, beauty, or a little joy into your everyday life.

I shop online too, but I still love being able to touch the fabric, feel the softness, see the colors, and smell all the wonderful smell-good things! There’s something special about discovering a favorite in person.
