A beautiful thing happened in the boutique recently.

A woman tried on the cutest sweater and said, “Oh, I need to tell my granddaughters about this shop. This is for young people. I can’t dress like this… I’m in my 60s.”

My answer?

“So am I.”

And it got me thinking…

✨We’re so excited to welcome a Special Guest Teacher to Yoga Room! ✨

Beginning Saturday, June 20 at 10:00 AM, we are honored to have Rosanna Garrish, RYT-200, trained in Mirayogashala Ashram in Rishikesh India. teaching with us for several Saturdays throughout July.

Many of you had the pleasure of meeting Rosanna during our recent Ayurveda Workshop, where she shared her knowledge with such warmth, kindness, and authenticity. She is a truly caring teacher with over 20 years of yoga experience and a passion for helping others find greater health, balance, and inner peace.

Rosanna’s classes will focus on mindful movement, breathwork, flexibility, relaxation, and accessible yoga for all levels.

We know you will love her gentle approach and wealth of wisdom as much as we do!
