Your Health is more important than the Size on your Tag😊

Since opening La Lune Collective, I’ve noticed something that has made me stop and think.

Our extra-small and small sizes often sell out first. Years ago, when I owned another boutique, it was usually the opposite. Mediums, larges and extra-larges were our first sizes to go.

At the same time, conversations about body size and thinness seem to be growing louder again—in fashion, on social media and even in the national news.

And it made me want to say something from my heart ❤️…..

Please don’t let a number on a clothing tag determine how you feel about the beautiful body carrying you through this life.

And I say that as someone who understands.🥰

I may appear confident on the outside, but body image and size are things I have personally struggled with throughout my life. That little voice that tells us we should be smaller, thinner or somehow different can be very difficult to quiet.

But owning La Lune and YOGA ROOM wch has reminded me of something I hope every woman who walks through our doors remembers:

Our Bodies were never meant to all look alike!

🌳Look at a forest….🌿
The trees aren’t the same height. Their trunks aren’t the same width. Some grow straight, some bend, some are delicate and some are strong and broad. And together, their differences are what make the forest beautiful.

We are no different.

At La Lune, fashion isn’t about fitting your body into a certain size. It’s about finding pieces that help you feel comfortable, cozy, beautiful and confident in the body you have today.

So whether you find something in your size when you visit us or you don’t, I hope you leave remembering this:

✨Choose wellness over comparison.
✨Choose kindness toward your body.
✨And choose to Love the Human wearing the clothes!

Mental health matters. Physical health matters. How we speak to ourselves matters.

Take care of your body because it is yours—not because the world tells you what size it should be.
