// Banana + chocolate = the yummiest combo! I've partnered with H-E-B to share my chocolate banana Twister cheesecake cupcakes recipe with you! They are SO fun to make — topped with whipped cream and more Twisters! Run to H-E-B and grab the new limited-edition Twisters before they’re gone!

Ingredients:
1 package Chocolate Banana Twister
1 tbsp Butter (melted)
(Bake at 325F for 8 minutes)

2 packs of 8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
(Bake at 325F for 22-25 minutes, refrigerate for 2 hours)

Top with Whipped topping and more Twisters!

It’s been a minute since we posted our 15min dinner, so… here it is!! Thank you for the idea and your AMAZING rice!! Guys, Honestly Texas Rice is HONESTLY delicious!! It’s different from any other rice we’ve had-perfect flavor & texture that goes well with everything! We highly recommend you to try it!

Judging another lionfish dish at Primrose Coastal Italian ❤️

This dish is called “Lionfish alla Pescatora Verde”. It has pan-seared lionfish, tomatillo and yellow tomato brodo, white bean purée, roasted fennel, castelvetrano olive and caper relish! Whoa, FANCY!!

I enjoyed another year of tasting and judging these lionfish dishes by local chefs in Destin, FL. This is the highlight of my year!

Lesson on how to plate a family style fish board by Chef Terrance !

I learned:
-fill in all the open spaces
-don’t overlap fish (unless fried)
-when putting broccolini, make the pretty floral part face out
-have sauce for everything!
-layer the flavors by sprinkling cheese
-add freshness from lemon/lime and fresh parsley!

I can eat this everyday!!! Thank you Chef Terrance!

Year 2 of judging lionfish dishes during Restaurant Week in Destin — what an honor! Grateful to be back celebrating creativity, flavor, and sustainability with so many talented chefs!!

This incredible dish was from — Pan Seared Lionfish served with Coastal Crab Blend, Charred Broccolini, Crisp Grit Cake, and Lobster Cream Sauce. The combination worked so well, and I absolutely loved it! Thank you for having me!
