Once defined by dark finishes, mirrored walls, and a distinctly ’70s aesthetic, this primary bath has been completely reimagined into a light-filled, serene retreat.

A refined palette, thoughtful material selections, and timeless details bring softness and sophistication to the space—creating a bathroom that feels fresh and current, yet designed to endure.

The contrast between where we started and where we landed is remarkable.

Demo continues in the Seaboard project but I’m looking ahead to the final finishes. We are going from 70’s mirrored walls, silver metallic wallpaper and black tub, toilet and shower to clean and light with touches of soft sage, polished nickel and brass.
Making it pretty!

News Reno starting today! I’ve been working on this project for a few months and today we begin! Lots of repairs and demo in an older home, but the transformation is going to be 🥰🥰🥰

Saddlebrook site visit to check on the new paint, floor demo, tile and lots of deliveries. Things are coming along really well besides a little roof leak yesterday 🙄. Excited to see this project moving forward!

It’s is pretty amazing what can happen when you pull out all the old and put in the new! This little bathroom at a church was used for many years by toddlers but now the rooms will be used for the Student ministry! We had to let the Precious Moment mural go 🫣. I love the pic that looks like they are peeking into the new bathroom. 🤗

I love wrapping a small bathroom in tile wainscoting. It’s easier to keep clean. Walls don’t get scuffed up and it looks so dramatic! Everyone is loving how cute this little bathroom looks now!

Primary bedroom reveal 🤎✨

Great client who really trusted me to give him a calm, masculine but interesting bedroom. It was such a joy to see it all come together!

This space was all about quiet luxury and layered warmth. We grounded the room with rich, dark wood floors and let creamy walls soften everything around them. Texture does the heavy lifting here—linen bedding dressed in a deep walnut brown duvet, oversized pillows, a giant lumbar moment with touches of burnt orange, and a cozy waffle blanket casually thrown for that “effortless but intentional” feel.

Modern black lamps add contrast and a little edge, while textured art keeps the walls interesting without shouting. The upholstered bed with wood posts brings balance, flanked by wood + metal nightstands for a subtle mix of materials. And the dresser? Large, warm, and sophisticated—finished off with an oversized lamp and art because scale always matters.

Calm, layered, and inviting… exactly how a primary bedroom should feel. 🤎
