Pozole Verde - I cheated and didn’t use 100% fresh ingredients this time, but it was still really good. Slow cooker on high for 5 hours. 4 hours for pork, veggies and canned ingredients. Then pulled out the pork, shredded, used the immersion blended for the soup before I put the meat back in with two cans of hominy. Topped with homemade crispy tortilla strips, curtido, cheese and sour cream. H-E-B
