September 28, 2026 verse: John‬ ‭6‬:‭35

"I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst".

Welcome to the Creative Worship Stamps September Team Takes Instagram Hop and Challenge. Korin Sutherland is our host this month and her theme is: Back and white with one other color.

While black and white create a striking stage, adding a single splash of color transforms the entire design. Whether it’s bold with a striking red, soft with a pastel pink, or bright with a sunny yellow, we hope you’ll play along with our team in our papercraft challenge for September.

Today project I am doing a chalkboard background technique. Using inspiration from Tim Holtz. Ive been really drawn to the color green this month. So im loving the black, white and green pallette. My study focus has been in Psalm 23. When I get depleted I tend to sit in this psalm from David. The portion where he makes me lie down in green pastures stood out. I read somewhere that sheep do not lie down when restless or dealings of fear. In order for a sheep to be at peace and lie down. The shepherd will provide food and safety. This resonates with me deeply. I know I tend to be very much like this is times of trouble, unrest and fear. But God reminds me that He will lie me down by green pastures. That He supplies my daily bread and spiritual nourishment. In great abundance and I shall not want in any of these areas. Giving thanks and reverence today. What a beautiful word. Abundance.

Hello sweet crafty friends.

Happy Saturday.

Todays project is a continuation of my prayer cards yesterday. I was able to spend some time with scripture writing and a list of thanks.

My focus was in Psalm 23:1-6 says
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

🍂🙏 Friends in Faith Hop — Sweet Hour of Prayer 🙏🍂

There is something so peaceful about stepping away from the busyness of life and spending a sweet hour in prayer. In the quiet, we can bring our worries, our gratitude, our hopes, and our hearts before the Lord. ❤️

This week, we’re sharing creations inspired by “Sweet Hour of Prayer.” May each card be a little reminder of the comfort, strength, and peace we find when we pause and talk with God.

Today I made a couple of prayer card inserts for my Bible. Using Creative Worship Stamps beautiful stamps. What a beautiful time in prayer giving thanks to the one who provides. Such a peace filled morning talking to the one who has all the answers. The comfort of knowing that even when I do not know. I absolutely have knowledge that He will provide as promised in his word. The valley of todays worry is just a fleeting moment. Prayer takes me back to the point were he tells me that he will provide. As he is walking me through the valley. That the valley is not a fixed point. God is. It takes active faith and seeking the one who created us. How do I get to know him? By giving thanks and praise daily in prayer. Drawing near to the one who is in the details. I pray that no matter what season you are in that you keep seeking and moving towards Jesus. Hugging you in my prayers sweet friends.

Hello sweet crafty friends.

Happy Monday.

I am sharing my scripture writing using Creative Retreat Threshold of Thanks faith kit.

The devotional is so good. Man did it tug on my heart. I had a full creative layout planned but God had different plans today. As im writing out Colossians 3:12-17. A song came to my heart. 10,000 Reasons by Matt Redman. I couldn't stop worshipping and singing and writing out his words. Then I started writing out the song lyrics. Uninterrupted time singing, praising, praying and giving thanks. 10,000 reasons of blessings to give thanks for and many more.

Exactly what I needed this morning. A refreshing of my soul and reminder to have gratitude. I woke up restless and now im renewed. God is so good in so many ways seen and unseen. Take refuge in his presence. "And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. " Colossians 3:15

Today I am sharing this mixed media card featuring the Loaves and Fishes set from Creative Worship Stamps . I am loving the message this set shares. A God who provides an abundance out of little. Abundance of his amazing grace. As I get prepared for the season of giving thanks. What a wonderful way to set my heart and mind in this very message.

“You can have all this world, give me Jesus.” 🤍

In a world that constantly tells us we need more—more success, more possessions, more recognition—there is such peace in remembering what truly matters.

The world may offer us many things, but nothing compares to the love, grace, and presence of Jesus. He is enough. ❤️

Today, on our "Friends in Faith" hop, we’re sharing creations inspired by this beautiful reminder to keep our hearts focused on Him. May each project be a little reflection of the faith, hope, and love that He gives us so freely.

So let’s hop along, be inspired, and most importantly, keep our eyes on Jesus! ✝️

Today's card I am using products from Creative Worship Stamps . I really love this message of needing more of Jesus. Remembering his plans for us is grounding. The peace that comes from not being distracted in the every days things. A beautiful space to rest in. To follow the one that will make us fishers of men. Spreading the good news.

Hello sweet crafty friends.

Today I am sharing this bible journaling tassel I created using Creative Retreat kit button.

As I prepare for my next bible journaling project. I like to spend some time in prayer and worship. This was a great little project to keep my hands busy. So that my full focus can be spent with the Lord. Giving thanks and praise. Sitting still looks like this for me. Creating with my hands calms my mind. Im thankful for the time I spent with him.

Be sure to head over to the shop and grab this wonderful kit. I just saw it is going fast.
