Lindsey Herod Interiors

Lindsey Herod Interiors LHI is a high end residential interior design firm located in Houston, Texas specializing in new construction, renovations, and full service decorating.

Lindsey Herod Interiors opened its doors in 2015 as a high-end residential interior design firm in Lindsey’s hometown of Houston, Texas. Her combination of New York training and Texas roots brings a range of knowledge and abilities to the decoration and design of her client’s homes. Her own tastes lean toward the fashionable and colorful, taking cues from the great mix masters of decorating, but she loves to work in a multitude of styles and flex her design muscles to make her client’s homes feel like a perfect expression of their life and family. She works in a range of project sizes including new construction, renovations and full service decoration and design. Lindsey worked as a senior designer for New York based decorator, Celerie Kemble of Kemble Interiors for seven years prior to opening her own firm. She has decorated homes in New York, Palm Beach, East Hampton, Connecticut, Scottsdale, Denver, San Antonio, Dallas, and of course Houston. Lindsey holds a Master of Science in Interior Design from Pratt Institute in New York and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M’s School of Architecture. Her work has been published in Elle Décor, Lonny and she has been a contributor to Prime Living magazine’s design column.

A few very fun days in Birmingham for Antiques at the Gardens Antiques at the Gardens • Birmingham

As a lover of both antiques and gardens, the Birmingham Botanical Gardens Antiques at the Gardens has been on my list for years... so when McCorquodale Transfer reached out to invite me, I jumped at the opportunity!

And what a few days it was. From cocktails at the beautiful home of Bart McCorquodale and AC Richardson, to Trade Secrets with VERANDA Magazine, an opening night gala where Birmingham society (and beyond!) turned out in their finest, and days filled with fabulous dealers, inspiring lectures, shopping, and plenty of good conversation and new connections.

So much beauty, history, and Southern charm in one place. A very happy reminder of why I love what I do.

Cheers to Birmingham, beautiful gardens, and the thrill of finding something truly special. 🥂🌿✨

We’ve been waiting to share this project with you, and we couldn’t resist a little sneak peek.

We’re starting in the primary bath, where beautiful marble, soft greens and pretty patterns make getting ready feel like a treat. We love how the quiet palette lets all those details shine.

There’s so much more to show you. Stay tuned for the full reveal!

Football season is officially here, and we can’t think of a better place to spend a Saturday than right here. 🏈

Comfortable seating, plenty of room to gather, and spaces that feel just as good full of people as it does on a quiet night at home. These are the living rooms made for game days.

Go Aggies!

A dining room with no shortage of things to talk about.

A Rose Medallion collection, a statement chandelier, and sconces that bring the perfect pop of color all come together to give this space so much personality.
Designed for long dinners, great conversation, and inevitably… more w**e, please. 🍷

This River Oaks renovation has come such a long way! This primary bath features marble-wrapped walls to bring movement to the space. We added café curtains and a floral bench to soften the room and keep the design feeling traditional and classic.
