A succulent bar, sunshine, and a stay at The Frenchie: perfect Round Top vibes. 🌿

It's Visit Round Top, TX season, y'all, (IYKYK) and a few weeks ago, Stem Studio headed out for a couple of days of exploring all that the town has to offer, both during the biannual antique show season and all year round. From unique event venues and incredible boutique lodging to shopping and dining, it's the perfect central Texas getaway.

Whether it's a corporate retreat, wellness weekend, wedding, or girls' trip, a succulent bar, bouquet bar, or botanical workshop is a great addition to your Round Top itinerary!

A little behind-the-scenes: setting up a flower bar featuring 150 pre-wrapped bouquets!

The logistics are just as important as the florals, and we always make sure that setup and breakdown times are met, venue policies are followed, and that the display is going to work within the physical space and the flow of the event.

A flower bar for spooky season? Absolutely. 🕸️

There are so many fun flowers that are perfect for Halloween: think unique textures, shapes and colors like spiny sea holly, lime green spider mums, dark purple ball dahlias, hanging amaranthus, waxed leaves, the list goes on and on!

And to make it even more fun? Add a vessel like a "potion" bottle or a pumpkin vase to really finish it off. 🎃

A "Baby In Bloom" shower theme is classic, and perfect for a bouquet bar!

We loved all the coordinating details at this shower, from the floral color palette to the matching bar front and bouquet stickers, to the favors and signage. Guests were able to stop by the DIY setup and choose blooms to take home, while also using our bar to sign the guest book, take photos and grab their favors.

So proud to say that we're featured in Volume 10 of The Scout Guide Houston! We got to present a black and white bouquet bar for the launch, A Night Out in White Out, and I could not be more grateful for the support, enthusiasm, and connections made.

Floral selections included black calla lily, black and white anemone, yin yang pompon, phantom gerbera daisy, white chrysanthemum, white carnation, white dianthus, white stock, brake fern and ruscus. Bouquets were wrapped with newsprint tissue or black bow tissue in keeping with the theme of the night -- each little touch was intentional. 🖤

It's official: the succulent bar is here! 🪴

For this botanical takeaway, you can choose your favorite succulent variety, your favorite pot to plant it in, and then decorate it with soil toppers or a fun accent -- mini disco balls were a popular choice for this event!

We put it all together for you and send it home in a gift bag with a succulent care card so you can keep it safe and healthy easily.

I am thrilled that we were able to debut this activation for WIPA! Thank you to everyone that participated!

We love a DIY setup. Simple and streamlined. Your guests get all the supplies and instructions they need to build their bouquet - no attendant required.

The best part? We still handle all the sourcing, proper preparation of the flowers and supplies, setup and cleanup. Trust us, it's worth it.

This client chose the DIY bouquet bar for two different events, and we used consistent branding and bright floral selections in both. It was a huge hit for guests viewing beautiful model homes. 🏡

The flower bar and cart were a perfect addition to this conference event, themed "An Afternoon in Bloom". The color palette of the florals matched the reception decor, and we loved being able to feature some locally-grown stems, including lisianthus, campanula, and scabiosa pods.
