Staged a home for a fellow flipper Thursday!
The view from the back of this house is amazing!
It overlooks a small lake! You can see it from all the back windows! The sunsets are gorgeous!
And this house has a pool :)

Flip House #5 was sold before we put it on the market!
Didn’t get a good picture of the family bath but it was so pretty!
This was a 4 /3 with a game room..
Huge yard!
Turned out to be one of my favorites and I was really disappointed I didn’t get to stage it! LOL

A few details about Flip House #4 going on the market this Friday!
We added on the dining room.. it was a porch we took in.
There was an atrium right in front of the front door where the white herringbone tile ends..
The kitchen was tiny and dark and was on the left side of the room . Just the cook top area and a bar parallel to it..
The entire house was dark, now it’s light and open!

I loved staging this house! Such a beautiful open floor plan! I can see Thanksgiving at that table!!!

Working on 2 flip houses right now! Needed some extra furniture pieces to stage both of them at the same time or very close together!
