Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 3 large eggs, separated 2 cups whole milk, warmed Zest of 1 lemon Juice of 1 lemon 1/4 tsp salt Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.

2. Prepare the Batter:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, beat egg yolks with melted butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Gradually add the dry ingredients and warmed milk, mixing until smooth.
