Wellll guys and gals, it looks like we are in for a very rainy week/weekend! Hoping everyone stays safe and as dry as possible!
I try not to make “venting” posts very often but sometimes they are warranted. 🙁
If you have dealt with me for any amount of time, you know I am a HUGE people pleaser. I have policies in place but very rarely stick to them because I don’t like confrontation. However, here lately my kindness has been taken advantage of sooo I need to get back to being strict on a few things.
1. Deposits are non-refundable! This hasn’t been a huge issue but I feel it needs to be pointed out again.
2. I will NO LONGER wait more than 10 mins after our schedule meeting time. For the last 3 weeks, I have had to wait an extra 30-45 mins and that is not only disrespectful to me but to every customer that now has to wait for me to arrive to them. If you are late, you will have to pick up from me. I will no longer be making double trips. Gas is far too expensive for that. Please value my time as I do yours!
3. Lastly, any order placed with less than a week’s notice will now have to be paid in full! No exceptions!
