Hog Candy is here, and this one starts with candied bacon and pork belly burnt ends.
It’s a premium maple-bacon seasoning that caramelizes as it cooks, building deep color, sticky edges and that sweet, savory flavor that keeps you reaching back into the pan.
It also works on wings, pork chops, burgers, roasted vegetables, popcorn and plenty more, but candied bacon and burnt ends are where I’d start.

So, yesterday Russ helped me cater a 50th class reunion for Hudsonville High School class of 1976 (great party BTW!!). Afterwards we went to Legacy Winery & Spirits to celebrate my last official catering job.

I'm not sure what the future holds, although God does, but it felt right. Not without misgivings, but I think any step like this is accompanied by some type of doubt. Thanks to all who allowed me to serve them at graduations, weddings and parties of all types over the last few years!
