Sourdough discard chocolate chip cookies 🍪

What you’ll need:

1/2 c sourdough starter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
Tsp vanilla
Tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c melted butter (1 stick)
Chocolate chips

Instructions:
• mix together the starter, both sugars, and butter
• add in the vanilla & baking soda
• once well combined add in your flour
• add in the salt and chocolate chips
• mix until combined then line your baking sheets with parchment paper
• create balls of dough measuring about 1 inch and place on pan, leaving 2 inches of space between
• bake at 350 for 12 minutes

6 of 8 done, some not fully filled. I just need to do the remaining 2, add mulch, and the trellises 🤩

Thankful for a husband that kept the girls occupied so I was able to do this today 🫶🏼🫶🏼😮‍💨

Went to the greenhouse today and got a few plants and flowers 🌹 I filled 6 of my 8 raised beds and have a row dug for my tomatoes 🍅 ( 1 cherry tomato plant, 4 pineapple tomato plants, and 4 beef tomato plants ) 🌱
