Our fixtures are not UL listed. However, we use all UL-rated parts. AUS and EU customers, North American bulbs are only rated for up to 130 volts so are not compatible with your electrical wiring. However the fixture is compatible and you can use it with our bulbs if you purchase an adapter. FAQ’s
1. Does it come with the bulbs? Yes it includes all the bulbs!
2. Where can I find replacement bulbs? We recommend purchasing replacements at www.oldfashionedlighting.com.
3. What is the total wattage of the fixture? They range from 150-396, but we can tailor the wattage to be lower to meet your needs.
4. Does it require special wiring? No special wiring need, but you should be aware of any other electrical appliances running on the same circuit.
5. Can it be plugged in to an outlet? Yes we are happy to attach a 15-foot white cord with a plug for you.
6. How long does the lowest bulb hang? It differs for each design, but we can easily adjust the lengths to accommodate your space.
7. What type of connection does it have on top? There is only one connection on top, one hot and one neutral wire.
8. Can it be mounted flush to the ceiling? Yes, but the junction box will require a couple inches of space between the board and the ceiling.
9. What is the total weight of the fixture? The weights range between 10-30 pounds including the bulbs. Pretty light-weight for a chandelier.
10. Is this fixture UL approved/rated? No these pieces are OOAK so do not have a UL rating. However, we use all UL approved parts to assemble the fixture.
