You must describe the artwork and schedule an appointment to pickup the artwork. Customers cannot browse or look around the shop. We are in the process of cleaning out the shop. Thank you for your patience, as this has been very hard for Greg's family.

With the delay of the start of school coinciding with an increase in Covid-19 cases, I will continue to be framing without direct contact until September 15, 2020.

Short term, you can select a frame and mats from the links on our website, send the size of your art, and the numbers of your selections, and I can email you a digital mock-up and a price quote. If you include a picture, I can supply a very accurate representation.

Digital photo restoration can be accomplished by emailing scanned files or dropping off or mailing the original.

UPDATE: July 6, 2020

The recent acceleration of Covid-19 cases in Cabell County and Huntington, West Virginia has forced me to modify the timeline for in-person ordering.

We will be limited to non-contact operations until August 8, 2020. Contact us by email to arrange drop-off and pick-up.

For photo restoration, your print can be left in an envelope behind the door, mailed or scanned and emailed. The finished product can then be printed and mailed or left behind the door for pickup.

I have been able to do some work without contact by having the customer leave the art outside when we I am present and able to retrieve it soon after the customer has left. I develop some designs and email or text photographs with an estimate.

I am upgrading software and our website to make online ordering possible soon. But I am looking forward to the time when the cases can start declining so that it will be safe to reopen. Thanks for your patience.

UPDATE May 19, 2020

The closure order remains in place for our business. We may continue to do work that does not involve direct contact.

For photo restoration, it is fairly simple. The photo can be left in an envelope behind the door, mailed or scanned by the customer and emailed. The finished product can then be printed and mailed or left behind the door for pickup.

Custom Framing involves considerably more challenges.

We have been able to do some work without contact by having the customer leave the art outside when we are present and able to retrieve it soon after the customer has left. We develop three designs at a time, emailing, or texting photographs for selection.

If none of these are acceptable, we repeat the process.

We will have to install a glass or acrylic barrier and assure that customers do not come in contact with samples as well as establish a new cleaning protocol in order to open.

Given the availability of people who can build this kind of barrier or have something ready-made shipped in, we are looking at late June 2020 to resume operations.
