It all started with an idea and some pieces of wood with laminate finish. I had a blast using some different techniques to build this nightstand, there are no fasteners holding this piece together. Floating with a recessed French Cleat, the face frame and drawer faces came out beautiful with the espresso stain.

Well unfortunately I get a lessen in what neglect of maintenance results in. Broken parts that could have been saved had I done my due diligence. Oh well, I get to have the fun of taking a puzzle apart, replacing what's not working and put it back together
