Do your Allegro 2 reformers have footbars that stick, catch, or just don’t glide the way they should?

It’s often something simple — loose bolts, stripped threads, or cross threading during assembly. We see it all the time, especially when equipment is self installed or handled by a general contractor that’s never seen this machine before.

The good news? It’s fixable and we’ve got you! 🦾

The team has been having fun in this week! Yesterday they spent time loving on the equipment ! This studio’s fun vibe is everything! The Fitzgerald Pilates uses custom Project X reformers and we are a little obsessed! Two footbars, extra rope pulleys and endless options! Did we mention they also offer trampoline classes? This studio is a party! And now the party includes perfectly maintained equipment! 🥳

It would like you to check its screw pins. 😉

If your pulleys have screw pins, they’re not just decorative hardware. They keep everything secure while your clients are flowing.

Loose pin = wobbly pulley.
Wobbly pulley = unnecessary drama.
(And we don’t do drama in the studio. ✨)

🛠️ Studio Tip: Add “check pulley screw pins” to your regular maintenance list. A quick tighten can prevent wear, noise, and bigger repairs down the road.

Hey Crofton, MD folks, if you’re not practicing Pilates and Gyrotonic at then you’re missing out! It’s not easy to find classes and this studio has several beautiful pieces of equipment along with classical pilates apparatus from and ! We loved getting to know the owner, Eshael, and hearing her journey while we serviced this studio for annual maintenance.
