Just bought fresh cucumbers and tomatoes at the farmer's market. Made this EASY salad for dinner!!!
1 tomato diced
1 lrg cucumber quartered and peeled
1/2 small onion diced
1/4 c sour cream
dash of salt and pepper
1 tsp dill
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Italian dressing
Mix well and chill before serving
ENJOY the taste of summer before it's gone!

Villa Bella's Assistant, Ellen, has just started the planning process of building a log home! We are so excited for her family and the opportunity it gives us to design this house from the ground up! We are going to post the progress, may even ask opinions from time to time so be on the look out and share our adventure! This pic is of our preliminary planning : stakes and string in the yard, measuring out the rooms! Village gave us go ahead. Next step is to draw plans and hire an architectual engineer to review them.
