At an egg processing facility, our team recently completed a long stretch of concrete repair—nearly 100 feet in length—damaged by heavy equipment and chemical exposure.

We restored the surface using a proven system:
-Applied PIP UC-LM at 3/16" thickness
-Incorporated traction grit for improved safety
-Finished with a chemical-resistant urethane topcoat for long-term durability

Project Spotlight: 10,000 SF Phase One Completed!

This first phase represents 10,000 square feet of a 20,000 square foot project. The existing concrete was in rough shape, requiring extensive crack chasing and patching. The client requested a seamless finish, so our team paid close attention to detail to ensure patch areas were virtually undetectable.

We also designed and installed the yellow walkway and stage areas with precision to minimize any color bleed onto the gray.

Pro Maintenance, Inc. utilizes a proprietary patching, primer, and fill system that levels low spots and fills holes by over 95%. This approach allows clients to achieve a high-quality finish within budget, without the need for a full resurfacer or broadcast system.

It was great to have a project like this close to home. Dustin and the crew managed the work efficiently, finishing on time and delivering exactly what the customer expected—no surprises.

One of our crews recently completed the installation of a white hangar flooring system using Protective Industrial Polymers’ Hangar System. This 10,000-square-foot project utilized PIP’s Moisture V***r Reducing Primer to keep the project on schedule and ensure long-term performance.

This advanced polymer system is designed to withstand exposure to aviation-related chemicals, including Skydrol, while maintaining durability and appearance. The client selected PIP’s Gloss Grip technology, providing a slip-resistant surface that’s easy to clean, maintain, and built to look sharp for years to come.

This AMTRAK project might have looked simple, but it was one of the most challenging jobs our team has faced. The task: shot blast the surface so a specialized coating can be applied later. The challenge: working safely alongside active train traffic.

Before the work even began, our crew completed hours of specialized railroad safety training, learning hand signals and emergency procedures to stay in constant communication. The noise level meant they had to rely on those signals and sirens instead of voices—sometimes halting work for hours while trains passed.

Every Pro Maintenance technician on this project was OSHA 10 certified, with most holding OSHA 30. In addition, AMTRAK required eight hours of specialized railroad safety training. Our team embraced it all—because safety isn’t just a rule at Pro Maintenance, it’s part of our culture. That dedication keeps them safe—and ensures every job is done right.
