We've got some colorful news for you!

Our DMC embroidery floss is ready to make its Heritage Bloom debut! 😍 Whether you're starting something new, finishing a project, or just need *one more shade of blue* (because they're definitely all different 😉), we're excited to have DMC waiting for you when we open!

And that's not all... 👀

We've officially placed our order for Cosmo embroidery floss, and we're just waiting for it to arrive! We're expecting it within the next week or so, and we can't wait to get those beautiful colors onto our shelves, too! 💕

We're so excited to start building our embroidery selection and can't wait to see what beautiful things y'all create!

🧶 LOOK WHAT JUST ARRIVED!! 🧶

Our shelves are getting a whole lot more colorful because our Cascade Yarns are HERE! 😍

There’s something very exciting about opening boxes of yarn and realizing, Oh my gosh… people are actually going to be shopping this in just a few days. 🥹🌸

We’re so excited to have as part of our opening inventory, with beautiful colors just waiting to become sweaters, scarves, blankets, amigurumi—or whatever else you have planned. 👀🧶

🌸 **WE HAVE A SIGN!!!** 🌸

Y’all… this one feels BIG. 🥹

After months of planning, painting, building, staining, measuring, ordering, and dreaming, **The Heritage Bloom Fiber Co. is officially on the building!**

There’s something about seeing our name hanging over the door that makes this whole crazy adventure feel even more real. 💙

A HUGE thank you to for bringing our sign to life! We are absolutely in love with how it turned out, and seeing our logo up in Historic Downtown Hutto is a moment we won't forget. 🌸🧵

We're getting closer and closer to filling those shelves and opening these doors—and we cannot WAIT to welcome you inside.

But for today, we're just going to stand across the street and stare at our sign for a while. 😂🥹

🌸 It's all in the little details!

Some Heritage Bloom updates are BIG—walls coming down, shelves going up, cutting tables being built...

And then there are the approximately 10,000 tiny projects that somehow appear along the way. 😂

This week's list included:
🚪 New doorknobs throughout the building�✨ New bathroom fixtures�🎨 Starting to paint the back hallway�🪑 More furniture making its way into the shop�🔨 And plenty of little fixes happening everywhere in between

None of these things seem huge on their own, but every time we replace, paint, fix, or finish something, the space feels a little less like the building we moved into and a little more like Heritage Bloom. 🌸

And we're getting SO close to the really fun part...
FILLING IT. 🧵🧶🪡😍

🌸 **Have you heard about Third Thursdays in Downtown Hutto?** 🌸

Every **third Thursday of the month**, Historic Downtown Hutto hosts the **Downtown Social**—an evening to come downtown, visit local businesses, grab something to eat, and enjoy special perks along the way! 🦛🛍️✨

Heritage Bloom isn't quite open yet (we're getting closer every day! 👀🧵), so we won't be joining the fun just yet—but we wanted to make sure all of YOU knew about it!

One of the things we're most excited about is becoming part of the downtown community, and once our doors are open, **you can expect Heritage Bloom to join in on Third Thursdays too!** 🌸

Until then, come downtown and show some love to our soon-to-be neighbors. 💙 There are some great specials happening tonight, so check out the flyer and make an evening of it!

🌸 ¡Feliz Día de la Independencia!

Today, as Mexico celebrates its Independence Day, we're celebrating a piece of the heritage behind Heritage Bloom.

We are proudly American, and we're also incredibly proud to be part of an immigrant family whose story began before us and continues through the generations. Our Mexican roots are part of the traditions, family, and love of making that helped shape who we are today—and we're proud that Heritage Bloom is a Latina-owned and women-owned small business. ❤️🤍💚

We also want our shop to be a place where our whole community feels comfortable walking through the door.

If Spanish is your preferred language, Michelle and Jaqui speak Spanish and may be able to assist you when they're in the shop. Noelle isn't fluent, but she'll certainly try! She is also conversational in ASL and is always happy for a chance to dust off those skills and get some practice in. 🤟

Heritage Bloom was built around the idea of passing things from one generation to the next—skills, stories, traditions, and a love of creating. Our heritage is part of that story, and we're proud to share a little piece of it with all of you today.
