The Pebbler

The Pebbler I love to bring little bits of nature home and turn them into beautiful works of art.

I craft unique pieces from stones, sticks, shells, etc and sell them to fellow nature enthusiasts and art lovers.

I had so much fun creating this piece for a customer who wanted it to look like her daughters tattoo. I was stoked to find a little moon shaped pebble at my secret collection spot and the two dogs came together so perfectly! I love when people reach out with an idea for a one of kind creation that I can make for them!

You wouldn't believe how long it took me to make this. But isn't it cute!?

So far I've stuck with the completely natural coloring of all pebbles in my pieces. But I've been inspired by some of my fellow pebble artists to try incorporating some painted rocks. Here's a sneak peak of what I'm working on :)

Celebrating the warmer weather with a new pebble picture. I'm excited to get back out on the beautiful lakes and rivers we're so lucky to have around here! https://etsy.me/3DjSBnA

A friend of mine recently purchased 3 dandelion pieces from me. Dandelions had a special meaning between her and her grandmother and she started tearing up when she got them. It was wonderful to create something that has such sentimental value for someone! This 8X10 version is now available on my shop thepebbler.etsy.com I could also make a smaller 5X7 version, message me for inquiries.

One of the first pebble pieces I created, before I ever thought about sharing my work with anyone else. It's not quite as refined as my newer stuff (It's glued to a piece of cardboard with paper on top for example) but I love the colors and the design. The little book is my favorite! What do you think? Should I make more like this? visit thepebbler.etsy.com for more original works

Sometimes you find the perfect rock that just paints a picture all by itself, and all you have to do is transfer it from your head to the paper. This "moon rock" was one of those.

This is the most intricate piece that I've created so far and I'm blown away (see what I did there 😉😆) with how it turned out. The silhouette is acrylic paint on heavy paper. The dandelion is made with bits of quartz from a rock that I smashed on my driveway with a hammer. The whole picture is only 8X7 inches and the diameter of the dandelion is only about 1 3/4 inches, so we're talking itty, bitty, little rocks here painstakingly assembled, with tweezers.

Was all that work worth it? Please let me know what you think! And take a look at my shop thepebbler.etsy.com to see more rock art creations.
