Update: Elissa had a fantastic show. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported her.

Elissa is the one that works really hard behind the scenes. All the date night pots, parties, team building pots. You name she glazed them.

Join us tonight as we celebrate and thank Elissa for everything she’s done before she heads off to grad school.

Elissa will present her upcoming show, Belongings, at Stoke Hole Pottery, featuring work she created during her time with us here at Stoke Hole Pottery. May 29th, 6-8 PM

Elissa came to us from North Carolina two years ago as our intern. We gave her a place to live, work, and gain experience — what I sometimes called “résumé building.” In exchange, she became an invaluable part of our studio: loading, firing, and unloading kilns; glazing date night and party pots; organizing gallery inventory and shelves; mixing glazes; covering pottery; and helping with anything else that needed to be done.

Her hard work, dedication, and talent have now earned her a graduate position at Clemson University, and we couldn’t be more excited for her next adventure.

If you don’t yet own a piece by Elissa Paula, this is your chance. She’ll have pottery of all sizes available during her show at Stoke Hole Gallery. If you can’t make the opening, the show will remain up before and after the event.

Come check it out and help us give Elissa the send-off she deserves!

The weekend was a busy one for Stoke Hole!
We kicked things off with date night on Friday, followed by the Westylvania event, which moved to the mall because of the weather, and wrapped up the day celebrating a birthday party.
We're so grateful to be part of such a supportive community—it truly was a wonderful weekend.
Now we're looking forward to celebrating Elissa on Friday night, with her work featured in our little gallery. We can't wait to share it with everyone!

A fun and busy weekend at Stoke Hole! We kicked things off with Friday night Clay Night, a group of family and friends came together to create medallions. Then it was on to the Art Walk, finishing the day with serving platters.
It was such a joy seeing everyone’s creativity shine through in their unique pieces. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it so special!

The studio continues to stay busy, and we’re incredibly grateful for the ongoing support from our community. From family time, birthday parties and team-building events to classes for all ages, it’s inspiring to see so many people engaged. A huge thank you to our dedicated members and the amazing team who make it all possible.

Bar Crawl ‘Spring Fling’ was a wonderful night with a lot of first timers and a lot of creativity. The three sided bird template led to some birds and some other creations as well!
