A beautiful home, thoughtfully presented.

We loved partnering with to stage 7116 Cherry Creek Boulevard in Carmel's desirable Grove at Legacy community!

Andrea understands the importance of helping buyers see not just a house, but the lifestyle that comes with it. From the light-filled living space to the warm, inviting finishes, our staging was designed to highlight the home's thoughtful layout and help buyers envision themselves at home.

With a private courtyard, a main-level primary suite, and a location close to Carmel's shops, restaurants, and outdoor trails, this home offers a wonderful blend of comfort and convenience.

Thank you, Andrea, for trusting Nested Spaces to help bring this home to life and support your vision for presenting it to buyers!

🍂 How much seasonal décor is too much when you're selling your home?

A little seasonal décor can make a home feel warm and inviting—but when you're preparing to sell, it's important to let the home be the star.

Our rule of thumb:

• Keep décor simple and intentional.
• Avoid anything that makes rooms feel smaller or cluttered.
• Use seasonal touches to complement the space, not distract from it.
• Skip overly personal or holiday-specific décor that could make it harder for buyers to envision themselves living there.

Think warm and welcoming, not themed and overdone.

Great agents know that small details can make a big difference when preparing a home for market—and sometimes, knowing what not to add is just as important.

A kitchen and dining space designed to gather.

For this stage, we wanted the kitchen and dining areas to feel warm, functional, and inviting—spaces where buyers could immediately picture everyday life and entertaining.

In the dining room, we used the scale of the space to our advantage, creating a layered setting that shows there’s room for both dining and gathering without making the room feel crowded.

The kitchen’s original character—especially that wood-burning fireplace and painted brick—was the perfect backdrop for a simple, timeless approach. We kept the styling intentional and understated so the architectural details could remain the focal point.

The goal? Make the spaces feel lived-in, but leave room for buyers to imagine making them their own.

For this Zionsville property, our goal was to create a design that complemented the home rather than competed with it.

We kept the furnishings soft and sophisticated, using neutral tones, layered textures, and clean-lined pieces to balance the original exposed brick, arched doorways, and rich architectural details.

The result is a space that feels comfortable, elevated, and current while still allowing the character of this 1901 home to take center stage.

A special thank you to for trusting us to help bring this beautiful property to life. We loved working with you on this stage!

Why does furniture placement matter so much when staging a home?

Because buyers need to understand how a space functions.

Take this breakfast area. The goal wasn't simply to fill an empty corner with furniture. Every piece was chosen and positioned to help define the space:

✨ The round table keeps the walkway open and allows the seating to feel connected to the kitchen.

✨ The built-in bench establishes the dining area without making the room feel crowded.

✨ The statement light fixture visually anchors the table and helps define the space from above.

✨ The artwork draws the eye toward the seating area and adds personality without overwhelming the room.

Good staging isn't about putting pretty furniture in a room.

It's about helping a buyer immediately see how they could live in the space.

That's the difference between filling a room and designing a room with intention.

A home this custom deserves to be seen. ✨

4238 N College Avenue is anything but ordinary. From the dramatic staircase and statement lighting to the custom kitchen and thoughtful architectural details, every element of this 4,000+ sq. ft. Broad Ripple home was designed with intention.

Our staging approach was simple: complement the architecture without competing with it. We brought in warmth, scale, and texture to help buyers envision how these beautifully designed spaces can live.

It’s always a pleasure partnering with a Realtor who understands that great presentation helps tell the story of a great home.

Staged on the 16th. Listed on the 18th. Pending on the 21st.

Just 5 days from staging to pending.

Thoughtful staging helps a home make a strong first impression, showcase its best features, and help buyers envision themselves living there.

For this Claridge Farm home, the result was beautiful—and fast.

The right staging can help create momentum from day one.
