Hey y’all! I have some really big news and I’m super excited! I’ve been working on it behind the scenes for awhile. Between work and day to day family life with my kiddos, it took longer than expected.

But, I finally have my website up and running! Please let me know if you come across any issues. I will continue adding to it and making tweaks over the next few days/weeks. I’m hoping that the blog page can be a place where I can share interesting mixer services or any business/life updates.

Whew, it has been quiet the busy couple of weeks! So sorry for the lack of posts. I’m hoping now that school is finished up for the summer, I’ll be able to post more consistently.

Among all of my services, I’ve also been working on some refurbish projects too. I finished up this beauty the other day and she’ll go to her new home on Tuesday!
And now I’m working on reassembly of another refurbish, a bowl lift model. Drop a comment or message me if you would like more details! ❤️

I’ve lost count of how many people apologize when dropping off their mixer. Worried about crusted on food and/or oil. But please, making them shine again is my favorite part in the reassembly process!!

This mixer has been thee most gratifying clean this week! It makes me so happy!! 🥰

Finally had some time to do some baking this evening and use my mixer. Chocolate chip banana muffins! And if you can believe it, I actually put less chocolate chips in than the recipe called for. 😂

Had a very runny mixer today! I knew it was gonna be bad when it was leaking out of some of the crevices. But I wasn’t expecting the reservoirs to be almost full. 😳

Big news for Kitchenaid! I’m not sure if you’ve heard, but for the past little while they been teasing the release of a new mixer and I’ve been suuuper curious what it was going to be and what additions it might have. It was finally announced this morning! ❤️

I’m super excited to see what these look like internally considering it says it has “precision Speed Controls”. And also this: “Start slow with our new Soft Start feature, which gradually increases mixing speed, helping avoid a puff of flour or a splatter of batter. Or, stay slow and fold in delicate ingredients with the 1/2 speed setting: on our tilt-head mixer for the first time.”

This almost sounds like the bowl lift models. I’m wondering if they did away with some of the electrical components previously used in these tilt head models and added a circuit board similar to the bowl lift models. Can’t wait to get my hands on one!!!
