✨ NEW CLASS IDEA! ✨

We're thinking about offering a Clay Workshop Series and would love your feedback! 🎨👐

This would be a TWO-PART class where you'll create your own handmade piece from start to finish.

🏺 Session 1:
• Learn basic clay sculpting techniques
• Create your project using either Air Dry Clay or Polymer Clay
• Add details, texture, and personality to your piece

🎨 Session 2:
• Return to paint and decorate your creation
• Learn finishing techniques
• Add a beautiful faux glaze finish for a polished look
• Take home a unique piece you created yourself!

No experience is necessary—this class would be beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone who loves to create, learn something new, and have fun in a relaxed environment.

Before we put it on the schedule, we'd love to know:

We want to greatly apologize to our customers who signed up for our serving tray class tonight! There was a mix-up in our system. Times got messed up.
Although you were here during the time you signed up for, we were here for the scheduled time being just a little later!

Our goal is to never have this happen in our studio for any of our customers! We want to take the time to apologize and provide you with the confidence in knowing you will receive a full refund for tonight's class!

Please know as we glide and stumble through this process we are always learning and striving to provide the best studio experience for everyone!

We will reschedule this class for a later date!

Hi friends! 🎨

We're considering hosting a Student Gallery Night to showcase the incredible artwork created in our classes throughout the year.

The idea is to hold the event four times per year, giving students of all ages the opportunity to select their favorite piece (or several pieces!) to display in a gallery-style exhibit.

Guests would be able to view the artwork and vote for awards such as:

🎨 Best of Show

🎨 Best in Age Category

🎨 People's Choice

🎨 And more!

Artists would also have the option to offer their artwork for sale during the event.

We'd love to hear your thoughts—would this be something you'd be excited to participate in? And if you know any local businesses that might be interested in sponsoring a creative community event like this, please tag them in the comments!

So what is Open Studio anyway?

It's a safe space for all ages and all creatives to get together and work on projects, ask advice, and to have fun!

We don't require you to pay ahead (there is a link to do that though!) however, we do like to get a head count to make sure we have enough room. If you could at least let us know ahead of time, that definitely helps us plan!
