At Vorys Law Firm, we believe the first impression should set the tone for the entire relationship.✨

Moving into a larger 8,500 SF suite in Irvine gave us the opportunity to redefine their arrival experience. We designed a multifunctional hosting zone that trades the traditional "waiting room" feel for a space that is sophisticated yet genuinely welcoming.

The design is all in the details:

- Natural Texture: An integrated stacked stone feature wall adds grounded warmth.
- Light & Transparency: Framed glass fronts maintain privacy while keeping the office feeling open and airy.
- Strategic Design: We maximized the existing infrastructure, focusing on high-impact upgrades like premium acoustics to ensure a high-performance environment.

We had a great time attending and supporting the Scouting America Shotgun Sports Fundraiser alongside an incredible group of sponsors, participants, and community partners.

This year’s event brought together **150 shooters** and raised **over $100,000 for Scouting programs**, bringing the **9-year total to more than $650,000 raised**.

Scouting programs help teach valuable life skills that extend far beyond the range — including discipline, responsibility, focus, and the importance of safety and respect.

Excited to share our latest headquarters project for El Pollo Loco.

The vision was to create a brighter, brand-forward space that supports a hybrid team while bringing a full test kitchen into a high-rise environment.

After exploring multiple locations, The Met stood out—offering two connected floors and the opportunity for a dramatic, two-story arrival.

From a custom stair graphic inspired by the brand’s smokestack motif to layered environmental graphics and curated display moments, every detail reinforces identity and experience.

Existing elements were thoughtfully reimagined—repurposing lighting and refreshing workstations to elevate the overall environment.

Behind the scenes, complex engineering made it all possible, including routing grease waste eleven floors down and integrating a dedicated rooftop exhaust system.

A workplace designed to perform, express, and evolve with the brand.

By scaling costs and footprint across seven individual spec suites, this project introduces a high-end environment that goes far beyond what any single office could achieve on its own.

Designed with a heavy nod to premium hospitality, the space serves as a natural extension of the workplace. It provides an agile mix of settings—from quiet reading nooks and board games for a quick mental reset, to comfortable lounge seating and a media hub built for informal collaboration or social gatherings.

Complete with curated finishes and an upgraded coffee experience, it brings the distinct atmosphere of a private members' club straight to the modern office floor. It’s an intentional destination that elevates day-to-day workplace satisfaction while giving landlords a major competitive edge in the leasing market.
