🌿 Sourdough & Sound Bowls 🌿

A wellness experience where nourishment meets relaxation.

We gathered by the water for a morning of mindful movement, crystal singing bowls, fresh organic sourdough, local honey, and meaningful connection. ✨

From the soothing vibrations of sound healing to the simple joy of sharing sourdough bread, every detail was created with intention—to help you slow down, reconnect, and nourish yourself from the inside out.

Because wellness isn’t just about what we consume—it’s about how we gather, connect, and care for ourselves.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event so special. 💛

Looking to add a unique and memorable touch to your next retreat, corporate gathering, wellness event, client appreciation event, wedding festivities, or special celebration? We’d love to collaborate and bring the experience of organic sourdough, sound healing, and mindful connection to your community.

Drop a 🥖 or 🧘🏽‍♀️ in the comments, or send us a DM if you’re interested in booking us for your next event collaboration.
