When life gives you plums, make plum jam!

We had so many plums that Jaime was worried they would go bad before they're all sold or eaten. He found a plum jam recipe and added some cinnamon to it, then voila! Hes happy to share a sample and the recipe if you stop in.

The Chinese five color peppers are edible and ornamental. The purple tint in the dark green leaves along with the purple flowers are pretty. The peppers change from purple to cream to yellow to orange to red as they mature. The start out spicy and as they ripen develop some sweetness. The heat is comparable to a cayenne.

We have a new item on our sample shelf. Unrivaled Salmon and Brown Rice dog food is a new dog food. The brand is unrivaled, but its parent company is Kalmbach, which is a popular livestock feed company who also makes Tribute horse feed. They have experience you can trust to create outstanding feed for your pets and livestock. The creation of the Unrivaled brand is perfect because Stratos will no longer be available once the bags in stock are gone. A couple customers have already made the switch and their dogs are doing well on the feed. If you're curious, come grab a sample bag for your dogs to try. We would love your feedback.
