Heather has been in the construction industry for the past 28 years, with 16 of those years at CSS. She is the General Manager at CSS, managing the company’s daily operations.

Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, engaging in outdoor activities, and being on the water. She also loves to travel.
