Kitchenwitch is a Jamaica Plain kitchenware shop independently owned by JP native Rose Sargent. Our merchandise runs the gamut from practical to silly, affordable to splurgy.

If you know you know, and boy howdy are we excited to be carrying Maldon salt. Perfect flakes of the most delicious sea salt to finish off any dish. From chocolate chip cookies to fresh from the garden radishes. There's nothing like it and it goes on everything. And Kitchenwitch carries it.

It's hot!!! In late May! I mean it could still snow next week but sorta seems like the heat is here, might wanna consider stepping up your ice cube game like ASAP. Kitchenwitch has you covered with every shape imaginable. Oh and ice cream makers too, if that tickles your fancy.

It's TOO nice of a day to not stroll up and down Centre & South St, take a loop through the arbs or around the pond, and of course swing through Kitchenwitch to prepare for the delicious dinner you'll make with all the veggies you got at the farmers market yet.

BREAKING NEWS:
Local Jamaica Plain Mainstays Kitchenwitch and Toninos will be switching locations this spring. Reached for comment, general manager of Kitchenwitch John had this to say "Yeah the square footage is about the same but I just like the view from next door, and Luke at Toninos just loved building out a whole new restaurant in an old space so much that he wants to do it again."

Both businesses will remain open during the switch, during which time you will be able to order pizza at Kitchenwitch and get pot holders and cookie cutters from the staff at Toninos.

False spring has us thinking about summer produce, and staring longingly at this beautiful big beefy tomato teapot. Hey at least the sun shines down nice and late into the day!!

Snow emergency? Blizzard warning? Bombogenesis? 4-5ft drifts? Sounds like the perfect excuse to bake cookies to us. We're here 12-5 today with all the supplies for sweet or savory snow day projects. Get in before the 2pm parking ban or hoof it until 5. Good luck to us all!!
