The wait is over. 🍺 Young Blood Beer Co.'s new DeForest flagship is officially open, and we couldn't be more excited to see it come to life. Three years in the making, and worth every bit of it - 6,500 square feet of taproom, full kitchen, patio, and plenty of room to put down roots in a growing community. It's been a pleasure working with the Young Blood team again on this one!

Congratulations to the whole crew. Go grab a pint, we will see you there!

A big night for our team last Thursday at the Wisconsin IIDA Awards! 🏆 Our clients Saunaday's project took First Place in Health + Wellness (74,999 sf and under), and Beloit College Pearsons Hall Renovation earned an Honorable Mention in Learning | Higher Ed.

And the excitement doesn't stop there -- a huge congratulations to interior designer Kristi Reuter, who begins her term as IIDA Wisconsin President this summer!

None of it happens without the talent and care of our clients, interior designers and the dozen-plus firm members who poured themselves into these projects. Congratulations, team!

111 years of history, one layer at a time. 🏛️ Here is a behind-the-scenes look at the conversion of the Churchill (Gay) Building in downtown Madison.

Seeing these open floors and structural details reminds us why this building was Madison’s very first skyscraper. 🏗️ We’re hard at work with our partners to convert this iconic National Register of Historic Places building into a Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel that blends historic soul with modern luxury. ✨
