HSNBA is currently critically overcrowded, and have exceeded our capacity to care humanely for the dogs that have landed at HSNBA. We need to move dogs OUT of the shelter ASAP thru returning them to their owners, into foster homes, home with adopters and transfer to trusted rescue partners.
