For those of you who do not like scary Halloween , here is a great idea that I made today. I used two dollar general sisal placemats and a poster board. Made the poster board into a cone shape then wrapped the placemat around it hot gluing the mat onto the poster board. Then hot glue it to the center of the other placemat. I cut an old belt to put around it and used flowers as a garnishment.
