A gorgeous venue is only part of the equation. The right venue should also make your wedding day smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable for you, your guests, and your vendors.

Here are a few things to consider before booking:

✔️ Is there plenty of parking for your guests?
✔️ Are there beautiful photo opportunities throughout the property?
✔️ How many tables and chairs are included with the rental?
✔️ Are there multiple ceremony locations to choose from?
✔️ What is the rain plan if the weather doesn't cooperate?
✔️ Is there a catering kitchen or prep area? Is an ice machine available?
✔️ Is there enough bathrooms to accommodate guest?
✔️ Will your guests be comfortable throughout the day?
✔️ Are there on-site accommodations for the wedding party or guests?
✔️ Is the bridal suite spacious enough for hair and makeup?
✔️ Is there a comfortable groom's suite?
✔️ Is the venue easy for guests and vendors to access?
✔️ Are there great locations for those dreamy sunset photos?

The prettiest venue isn't always the best venue.

Think about the logistics, guest experience, and how your timeline will flow. Choosing a venue that works just as beautifully as it looks can make all the difference on your wedding day.
