🔥 A LITTLE PATIENCE GOES A LONG WAY THIS SEASON! 🔥
As the temperatures continue to drop, heating season is officially kicking into high gear — and with that comes longer lead times across the entire industry.
When it gets cold, everyone starts ordering at once. Manufacturers, warehouses, distributors, shipping companies, and service departments across the country get overwhelmed with the sudden increase in demand. That means some parts, equipment, and orders may take a little longer than they normally would.
Here at Fireside Hearth & Stove, we’re a small, family-owned business with a team small enough that we can literally count our employees on our hands. But over the years, we’ve built a customer base of hundreds of families — if not more than 1,000 customers — who rely on us to keep their homes warm.
We understand how important your heat is, especially when those temperatures really start dropping. When it gets cold, we will work as hard and as fast as we possibly can to help as many people as we can.
We just ask for a little patience and understanding during the busiest time of the year. If something is delayed, sometimes it’s because we're waiting on a manufacturer, distributor, part, or shipment that is outside of our control.
We promise we're not ignoring you, and we haven't forgotten about you. We're working behind the scenes to get things moving and get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible.
