A common misconception about hiring a designer is that once we show clients our ideas, we’re done.
Design intent cannot be executed if a designer is not involved in every single step of construction.
Furniture has been selected, but will it fit properly? Is electrical in the correct locations? Will the bathroom floor tile end up flush with the bedroom wood planks without a need for transition? Do doors clear rug pile heights? The list goes on.
As a designer, we are there to guide you through thousands of decisions. Without constant inclusion, construction and design intent can be derailed QUICK.
