I just had to share this! Please support your local farmers! We bought this brisket from some new vendor friends of ours out at Smelley Rd. Farmers market. I have never seen a brisket come out of a grocery store that looked amazing. The marbling, color, and taste is amazing! There was enough meat for dinner tonight and 13 pint jars of shelf stable meat! It equaled out to a little over $3 a meal in meat.

We only charge $150 per class if you have all of your supplies. If you would like us to bring all of the supplies, it will be $200. You can get as many people as you can in your selected kitchen. For example, 5 friends will only have to pay $40 each to get a full class on canning anything of your choice that is offered on our choice list. We are willing to go anywhere in the East Texas area. I promise this will change your life. Don't feel like you have to garden to benefit from this class! Having preserved canned meat is awesome to have for a five-minute scratch dinner! Feel free to message me with more questions or concerns!
