Full-Time Production Assistant – Metal Print Mounting
📍 Location: Jupiter, FL
🕘 Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 Starting Pay: $16/hour (up to $18/hour after training)
Shiny Prints is a fine art print lab specializing in high-quality aluminum prints ranging in size from 8”x8” to 48”x96”. We are looking for a full-time production team member to assist with the mounting and finishing process of our prints. This includes cleaning, inspecting, mounting, bagging, and packing finished products with precision and care.

We need someone who is:
• Punctual and reliable
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly
• Comfortable working with their hands in a production environment
🔧 Responsibilities:
• Mount and finish aluminum prints with accuracy and care
• Inspect prints for quality, defects, or damage
• Clean, bag, and package prints for shipment
• Use computers for tracking and labeling prints
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Occasionally assist with local deliveries using our company van or box truck (not required, but a plus!)
📦 Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Lift up to 80 pounds safely
• (Optional) Forklift operation – willing to train if interested
📝 Requirements:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic office equipment and computers
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Must have reliable transportation – please consider the commute to Jupiter, FL
