I am now at Bargreen Ellingson and would like everyone to know if they need anything to please stop by and see me there. It is a restaurant supply store so they don't have all the same merchandise as The Spoon Shop but I'd love to see everyone and try and help where I can. They do carry All-Clad skillets, John Boos maple cutting boards, Isi whip cream canisters and chargers, Victorinox knives and accessories, Best whips, the classic Y peelers and lots of organizational items. The folks at Kona Wine Market are offering the Ariston Olive Oil & Balsamic products for refills and they just received their first order. And they ordered the truffle and curry olive oil and will steadily bring in the remaining infused flavors. Also, for those of you that didn't get a chance to take a class offered by Chef Kristina San Filippo I would like to introduce her here. Chef Kristina will carry on her delectable culinary offerings at the newly opened Pu’uwai Gardens in Honoka’a, in collaboration with HeartBeet Catering.
