With the design and colors locked in I am digging in to the 64 Corvette. First up is the seats. The factory seats in these cars are flat and hard. So they are getting a seriouse makeover. The original spring suspension is removed and the bottom is replaced with modern elastic webbing. The backs will be 2" taller and made from premium soft foam for a comfortable fit. Bolsters are added for support while driving.

After hours of cutting, glueing, and shaping foam by hand the new seat design is looking sharp. Cant wait to get the covers made for these. This car is going to be a head turner and im excited to share the work as I go.

While we finish up the design concept for the 64 Corvette I got this 82 chevy seat finished. All built on the stock frame. Added headrests and custom shaped bolsters. As well as cup holders and a heated seat kit. This one is going to turn heads.

Another seat transformed from crusty to custom. This one was from an 80 El Camino.

Morbern Prodigy "Java" vinyl and carbon fiber inserts. Custom shaped foam with added bolsters and stainless cup holders.
