I geek out on space planning. There — I said it.

On this 2-bedroom project, every square foot had a job to do. We got a king into the primary bedroom (huge for STR bookings).

The second bedroom had a lower ceiling with a fan and a closet right next to the bed. No room for a bunk nor a trundle. So we went with a full — and added a full sleeper sofa in the living room to maximize occupancy.

Both bedrooms also got a work desk and nightstand charging stations.

Getting the space planning right is an absolute priority for me. When done right, the guests feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. The 5-star reviews follow.

What an exhilarating Friday I got to spend in Coeur D'Alene, ID at the STR Wealth builders conference! I had the opportunity to meet some of the nicest, most welcoming people in the industry. It was inspiring to hear their stories, exchange ideas, and connect with hosts, investors, and fellow professionals who are all passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Idaho was a first for me, and what a pleasant surprise! This beautiful city, nestled between the mountains and overlooking gorgeous lakes, was nothing like I expected. It made for an unforgettable backdrop to an incredible conference. Looking forward to the next one in 2027!

Living room #2 — because when a home sleeps 24, one isn't enough. And this one was pure joy to design. ✨ 

We leaned into the coastal setting for this one with SW Oceanside on the walls — a deep, moody teal that feels luxurious without trying too hard. Then we brought in orange and teal wallpaper and aqua coffee tables to keep it vibrant and fun.

Designed for one thing: getting everyone together and making memories.

Dining & kitchen reveal — and this space was made for a crowd. ❤️

When you're designing for a large group vacation home, every material decision matters. We went with acrylic and leather chairs — clean lines, easy maintenance, and they photograph beautifully. No compromises between style and durability.

And that green and black palette? Intentional. In a sea of beige coastal rentals, this property was designed to stand out — on listing photos and in person.
