I’ve been diving into bag making ☺️

The first bag I made was a beach bag for my mom. I put a liner in it so the bag wouldn’t stretch, and it unlocked something in me to want to make more 😅

It’s the second bag I’ve made with a liner and I LOVE how it came out! It’s not perfect and I need some more practice, but this bag was for a 5 year old so they have somewhere to put their bug collection, it didn’t need to be perfect 🤣

Let me know what you guys think of this bag! I’m going to continue practicing my sewing so maybe someday I can start selling them ☺️

Time to revisit the labubu’s 😅

Last year, I wanted to make mystery labubu bags! I got a bit of interest, so I made 6 of them! I ended up selling 3 out of the 6, which is great but I basically had to beg people to buy them at that point 😅

I’ve recently cleaned my craft room out & I found the last 3 labubu bags! I thought it’d be fun to open them up, see which ones I still had & possibly find these guys a home!

I forgot how cute they were! I haven’t made one of these in a looong time & I couldn’t remember which ones I made for the labubu bags so it was fun opening them up ☺️

These labubu’s are looking for a home of anyone’s interested!

My first beach bag!

I’ve made bags in the past, but its been a couple of years since I’ve last made one! My crochet has improved quite a bit since last time, so I was super excited when my mom asked me to make her a bag!

She wanted a big beach bag, and I know with crochet it can stretch overtime. I wanted to get some extra practice with my sewing so I chose to sew a liner into the bag so hopefully it doesn’t stretch!

This was my first time hand sewing something like this, and I’m very happy with how it came out! I learned a lot after making this bag & I’m working on a smaller one now!

If anyone has any tips or tricks for hand sewing, please let me know! I’m still very new to it and I’m kind of just winging it along the way 🤣

This bag was freehanded.

A mini sploot 🥹

These splooting animals from snugglebeanscrochet are some of my favorite plushies to make. I love the body style & they’re so cute!

When she came out with mini splooting animals, I made the bunny right away! My version doesn’t look very mini because of my yarn & hook size, but if I were to make this bunny in sweet snuggles lite or parfait chunky, it’d be so small 😭

Let me know if you guys want me to make a regular Beans the Bunny so we can compare the sizes!

I’ve been wanting to make silly hands for my shop, and I’m wondering if that’s something you guys would be interested in! These ones are bigger so they’d be probably $60 but I can make smaller ones for about half the price! Let me know what you guys think ☺️

Posing with my giant cat 😌

I’ve seen videos like these before, and after I made this cat I wanted to do it too 🤣

I don’t fish so I had to google pictures of people with their fish, and honestly they all kind of looked the same so I felt I needed to get a little creative!

This cat was brought to it’s new home last weekend! One of my daughter’s friends really wanted it so I gave it to her!

It’s WIP Wednesday! Come see all of the WIP’s I have!

If you’re not familiar with WIP Wednesday, it’s a day to finish your “works in progress” ☺️ most crocheters I know have tons of them, and I’m no exception 🤣 But since I’m working on other things, I’d figure I would show you guys all of the WIP’s I have!

I like to start a lot of projects, but between pattern tests, holidays, and birthdays, they get put on the back burner sometimes! Maybe even for months at a time 😅

Also, I’m not sure why at the end I said I “unfortunately” have other things to work on, I’m very happy with the things I’m currently making and having a lot of fun doing so! It’d be nice to get my WIP’s done but now’s just not the time!

Another day, another pattern test done!

This was my first time testing for Jay (crochetbykittengrll), and also my first time making a plushie this big for a pattern test 🤣

This pattern is amazing! There are so many photos, and the instructions are very detailed. The pattern itself is very clear and easy to read through, I feel like I get confused with wording a lot of the time with patterns but that was not the case for this one!

I completely underestimated how big this cat was going to turn out 😅 I had 3 skeins of yarn at first, and after making the first ear I realized I needed more when it turned out bigger than my hand 🤣 I ended up using 5 whole skeins with nothing to spare and way too much polyfil!

Thank you so much Jay for having me test for you! I love how my kitty turned out, she was a BIG labor of love but she was so fun to make!

If you’re a crocheter, go get the pattern & make yourself a jumbo (or maybe just a regular) snuggle kitty! ☺️
