Come be a Friend of Festival! Help work behind the scenes to make all the magic happen.

Volunteer Dates: July 26, Aug 3, Aug 9 & 10, Aug 16 & 17 and Aug 23 & 24

Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm (lunch provided)

Please note: The July 26th volunteer date has been cancelled.

To ensure we have enough supplies and meals prepared, please sign up by 4 PM on the Friday before the weekend you’d like to volunteer.

to register for the date(s) you want to volunteer!

For each two days you volunteer you'll receive a Friend of Festival t-shirt and either 8 tickets to the 2025 Kansas City Renaissance Festival or a season pass. If you volunteer six days you'll also receive a Friend of Festival hoodie and 4 tickets to the Knights of Lights festival.

Volunteers must 14 years or older. Children 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
