Would you like to open your own business, but you can’t afford retail rent? There is an answer!

COME JOIN GYPSY FLEA CO-OP!!!

Where: Gypsy Flea Co-op is located on the first floor of the
Independence Center Mall in Independence, MO.
What is available: You are able to rent 13x8 foot sections of retails
space in a safe, temperature controlled environment.
What it costs: $400 monthly.
What is included: You will be provided with space, wi-fi, utilities,
maintenance, and security.
What you need: A) completed application
B) MO retail tax ID
C) $1 million general liability insurance with
Gypsy Flea Co-op listed as an interested party.
D) Business license from the city of
Independence.
You will be responsible for running your own business and keeping
track of your own sales.

Calling all vendors! I am opening a 2nd store at Independence Center. I will be opening a 3000 square foot store where I will be renting out 10x10 booth spaces for $300/month. I am looking to fill 20 spaces by May 15th. I will start out for 3 months; if it goes well, I will extend the lease. Please contact me if you are interested!
