Framing is going up, the new roof structure is taking shape, and concrete has been poured as we continue expanding and transforming this home. There’s still plenty of work ahead, but the progress already speaks for itself!

BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING!

We’re officially underway on another large-scale addition and renovation project! This is going to be an incredible transformation from start to finish.

Approximately 500 square feet of existing space is being completely transformed into a custom theater room, while the rear of the home is being expanded by an additional 300 square feet to create even more living space.

Projects of this size require much more than just construction. At Thisislivin Homes, we have the team and resources to manage the entire project from concept to completion — architectural plans, engineering, structural modifications, permitting, inspections, and construction.
