Reasonable price
The three man crew were only here for a half day installing 7 windows. They did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up after themselves.
Very detailed workers. The owner himself on the job site installing windows. He showed me a defective window that one of his workers noticed while cleaning them. (Between the panes of glass) He ordered a replacement immediately and will switch it out when the replacement comes.
So far very pleased

We had windows installed by Packerland Home Improvement after meeting with three companies. We felt most comfortable with Jerry Fuller from start to finish. He was meticulous with measurements, willing to discuss options, and didn't push us into purchasing something we weren't comfortable with as opposed to sales reps from other companies. The windows are of really good quality and the 25-year-old home feels like new. The installation went as promised and we are very pleased with the service and product we received. Windows are an expensive purchase so it's very important that the job is done right the first time. We highly recommend purchasing windows from Packerland!

We just completed phase 3 of window replacement with Packerland. They are top-notch from beginning to end. Jeff (sales/estimator) was very helpful in walking us through the options. Josh and the installation crew were on time, efficient, careful, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Customer service is responsive (we had a couple of screens that did not fit and needed to be reordered). I can't say enough good about them!

Our experience with Packerland truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Jeff, our salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable and well-prepared when he came to our home. He offered thoughtful ideas and considerations that we hadn’t even thought of, which made us feel confident we were making the right decisions.

The installation crew for our patio door and window was just as impressive. They were friendly, professional, and respectful of our home—carefully covering the floors and thoroughly cleaning up once the job was complete. It’s clear they take pride in their work.

Overall, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the results and look forward to working with Packerland again as we continue replacing our windows. Highly recommend!
