I am Caroline Holbrook and I am excited you are here! A bit about your designer... I have been in the world of design since 2005 when I was given my first Mac and stack of design orders at my father's printing company. The thrill of seeing happy clients was so rewarding and the designer in me was released. I was a creative by nature and problem solving was a gift and passion. I made the transition

from graphics to interior in 2015 and have loved making spaces beautiful and functional. I moved to Texas in 2009 with my husband, Gray and four kids, Katie, Brady, Kendal and Izzy. When I say I LOVE Texas, it is an understatement. I adore the Lone Star state and when we travel back to our native Tennessee, I drink in all the comforts of my mountain home but cannot wait to get back to my beloved TX. I have been honored to parent my 4 amazing kids and have been a mom way longer than I have not. My passions for life run deep and I love to share all I have been given to steward in design, cooking, parenting, and faith. I know it all comes from a loving Father and I am here for a purpose, to love others and serve them well. Scroll through to find this 1951 Mid-Century Modern treasure’s before.

She was so original and barely touched for 73 years but that is not always a good thing. Our harsh Texas climate is no friend to wood or landscaping but we pulled back the broken and tired, thanked it for it’s time, and honored her with custom Terrazzo tile in the primary bath and time honoring design features.

Doubling the square footage meant navigating so many elements to make the original structure and new structure were harmonious.

Install day at our Strawn cabin project.

This not so tiny house came together fast with the team who let us make all the amazing customizations we wanted. The client brief was brief. “We trust you, just make it look great” and off we went. Exterior color selection package was upgraded to Muddled Basil for the walls and trim in Sealskin.

Interior reveal coming soon.
