I’ve been pretty quiet on here….. but been pretty focused on my first ever federal art contest! This year I decided to enter the federal duck stamp contest, and although I got booted in the first round, I’m still proud of myself for following through. This piece is a Bufflehead duck painted with oils. I can’t wait for next year as I will be trying again, this time with colored pencil (something I’m more familiar with)
