Wicks & Roses is now stocked at @ ! I set up on Saturday, and my heart is so full. Being part of a shop that curates meaningful, beautiful gifts feels like the perfect fit.

Sooo beyond proud and excited for Jess and Ashley at on their segment on their New Day Cleveland yesterday! It has been such a blessing to be surrounded by such talented and creative women. If you haven't stopped in to the shop, you are seriously missing out! There is something special and unique for everyone, and even better the many events that they host supporting their makers!

As I’m taking the Christmas lights down and the house gets a little quieter, I’m stepping into the New Year with a full heart and so much gratitude. 🤍

This past year came with a few unexpected plot twists (including a fire that definitely wasn’t on my bingo card), but it also gave me the space to slow down, reflect, and thoughtfully reimagine Wicks & Roses.

Rebuilding has been intentional—from revising my product line up and finally releasing the label designs I’m so proud of, to dreaming up what comes next. Right now I’m in a bit of a pause thanks to my labels being lost twice by the post and now delayed by winter storms (apparently they needed their own dramatic backstory ✨📦). As soon as they arrive, I’ll be restocking and moving forward with some very exciting things—especially the launch of solid perfume balms, a small but mighty way to smell really, really good and the perfect way to mix and match your favorite scents.

If you’re hoping to shop a little sooner, you can still find a small selection of Wicks & Roses goodies locally at Little Oaks Market in Stow and The Sage + Lavender Collective in the Falls. Both shops will be restocked as soon as my new labels finally make it home. 😅

Important Update from Wicks and Roses

Yesterday, our family experienced a devastating house fire. While we are beyond grateful that everyone is safe and unharmed, we lost everything — our home, belongings, and all of my materials.

For now, I’ll be shutting down the Wicks and Roses website as we take time to recover and rebuild. I’m not sure when I’ll be able to start crafting again, but I truly hope to return someday when the time is right.

Thank you all for the love, kindness, and support you’ve shown our family and this little hobby over the years. It means so much more than I can express.

To those of you who placed an order, I will fully offer a refund as quickly as I am able.

✨ Hey friends!
Thanks so much for hanging with me through my little radio silence — our sweet little dude finally made his grand entrance! 🩵 We’re slowly finding our rhythm over here, but I’ll be back before you know it!

In the meantime, I’ve got two local shows coming up — November 15 & 22 — perfect if you’re ready to start (or finish 😉) your Christmas shopping and snag some cozy stocking stuffers. More details coming soon!

Oh, and Wanderlust is officially restocked! It’ll be back on the website soon, but if you want to grab one early, just shoot me a message.

Sometimes it feels way too easy to look around and think, “I’m not doing enough.” To compare myself to others who seem to have it all together, and to push and push until I burn out harder than before.

To those who sent me messages or placed orders that are running late—I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to go quiet, time just slipped away. Between being a mom, a wife, a coworker, family, small business owner, and still trying to hold onto a little piece of myself, I’ve felt like I’ve been spinning my wheels without moving forward.

This pregnancy and life in general have pushed me to my limits. I’m learning (the hard way) that giving every piece of myself to everything and everyone only leaves me spread thin, overwhelmed, and feeling like I’ve let people down.

That said and hopefully transitioning to a lighter note 😅, I have two markets left this year:
• 🌻 Sept 13 – Kent Flea
• 🍂 Sept 27–28 – The Fall Barn Sale with Salvaged With Grace

After that, I’ll be taking October off to prepare for baby boy and soak up time with my little family. 🌿 My online shop will stay open during maternity leave, with stock slowly replenished after I’ve had a few weeks to rest and enjoy this new season of life with my little family.

💫 Starting in September, I’ll also be downsizing and getting more intentional with what I create. That means a spring & summer close-out sale (online + in person), followed in October by our annual Clear the Shelves Sale before the holiday season ramps up.

Wicks and Roses is more than a business—it’s my heart. Creating scents and products that give you such a personal experience and something special for you to treat yourself to truly breathes life into me. I’m beyond thankful for each and every one of you who has supported Wicks and Roses.

Hiya friends! We’re all set up at The Kent Flea today from 10 AM–4 PM at 409 W Main St, Kent, OH — and y’all… it smells amazing over here. 🥰

Come sniff your way through our wax melts, perfume rollers, everything sprays, reed diffusers, and more. A few of our fall scents are making their in-person debut, so if you want first dibs before they hit the website — today’s your day! 🍂✨

Finley is also here with her new soap! Pumpkin Marshmellow and Lemon Cream!!

Our brand new eau de parfum has absolutely stolen center stage already and I am SHOCKED! I came with limited stock and yall are already selling me out of a few scents!

My brain is already in crunchy-leaf mode, y’all. I want crisp air, cozy sweaters, and that golden glow only fall can bring — and guess what? The fall scents are THIS close to making their official debut! 🍂✨

The official release date is still TBD, but consider this your first little teaser… Think:
🎃 Spiced pumpkins
🍎 Candy apples at the fair
🕯️ Warm bourbon and sweet blueberries
🌅 Golden hour in a bottle

Some of these cozy scents will first be available to sniff and shop at the Kent Flea Market — so if you want to be one of the first to get your hands (and nose) on them, come say hi in person! 🧡

I blinked and now I’m 27 weeks pregnant, chasing Finley, and totally forgot about Ohio’s no sales tax holiday—so surprise! You get no sales tax now through August 14th on all your Wicks and Roses goodies! Also, fall and winter
